A gang sheet lets you combine multiple designs onto a single large DTF print — cutting cost per design and reducing waste. It's the smartest way to order when you need several different prints in smaller quantities.
How a gang sheet works
You (or we, if you prefer) arrange your individual designs side-by-side on a single file, with a small cutting margin between each one. We print the whole sheet in one run, then you cut the individual transfers out before pressing. Because the sheet is printed as one job, the overall cost is lower than ordering each design separately.

How to set up your file
Arrange your designs on a single canvas at the sheet width you've selected, leaving approximately 3–5mm between each element. Submit as a high-resolution PNG or PDF. If you'd rather send individual files and let us arrange them, contact us to discuss this option.
File requirements
PNG with transparent background at 300 dpi or above, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG). We recommend sending a proof of your layout before we proceed to print.
